2025 Executive Board Elections 

Positions open for Nomination:

President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Sgt. at Arms

Per SFBALEES Bylaws Article IV; Section 4

Members in good standing with the Corporation desiring to seek election to the Board of Directors shall declare their intention in writing to the current Secretary no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled election.

Nominations shall commence three months prior to the election.

The Executive Board will cause for an announcement to be published to the full membership advising of the upcoming election along with Nomination Declaration Forms.

Any member in good standing with the organization is eligible to submit a nomination form for consideration. 

               

Nominations must be submitted to the President via email (president.sfbalees@gmail.com) no later than 1600 hours on April 1ST 2025. 

Per SFBALEES Bylaws Article IV; Section 9 

The election of Board of Directors positions shall take place on May 1st of the election year.

The election will be open for 7 calendar days. The election will be posted on the Corporation website in a poll fashion.

The results of the election will be posted on the Corporation website and distributed to the membership.

THEREFORE: PER SFBALEES Bylaws a poll will be posted listing nominated persons on May 1st and will be open for voting for 7 days.

The results of the election will be posted on our website following the close of the election period.
